31 Day Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day 7 - Holly Berries Nail Art

Another lazy day, and another late manicure. Meh. This one is a really easy one. I'm not really a French manicure kind of gal, but since I got the Zoya Naked Manicure system, I thought I'd try something different with it since I love the Pink Perfecter and the tip whitener that gives my nails a nice natural look. This time, I added a little holiday sparkle!

For this manicure, I used the following:

Zoya - Naked Manicure Kit to do a natural looking French tip.
China Glaze - Fairy Dust for sparkle.
Sally Hansen - Rapid Red for the berries.
Pure Ice - Free Spirit for the holly leaves.

31 Day Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day 6 - Pine Branch Nails

Okay lovelies...here is today's manicure for the nail art challenge. The prompt is for pine branch nails. I like how this one came out.

For this manicure, I used the following:

Pure Ice - Free Spirit for the base color.
China Glaze - This is Tree-mendous for the accent nail.
Essie - Good as Gold for the gold accent.
OPI - Ro-Man-ce on the Moon for the ornament.

31 Day Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day 5 - Gingerbread Man Nails

Hello beauties!

It looks like another multiple manicure day for me. I'll be posting more later. I was so lazy and preoccupied yesterday that I forgot about these until late last night. So I did them for yesterday's nail prompt: Gingerbread nails. This one was pretty easy and I think it's rather cute!

For this manicure, I used the following:

OPI - Brisbane Bronze
China Glaze - The Outer Edge
Liquitex - acrylic paints for the details

31 Day Christmas Nail Art Christmas: Day 4 - Candy Canes

Okay, here is the second manicure of the day. Today's theme is candy canes. Again, sorry for the poor quality of the pictures. Tomorrow, I will have my real camera and my lightbox.

For this manicure, I used the following:

China Glaze - Running in Circles for the base color.
Sally Hansen - Tag Ur It! for the accent nail and stamping.
Sally Hansen - Rapid Red for stamping.
China Glaze - Ruby Pumps for accent nail striping.
Winstonia - Have a Merry X'mas! stamping plate

31 Day Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day 3 - Santa's Sleigh

Hello! Today, you're getting two manis, because I started this mani, and wasn't able to finish it until this morning. My mom had surgery yesterday, so I've been hanging around at her house in case she needs any help in addition to looking after my charge. So I'm keeping super busy.

This is the first one, Santa's Sleigh, and then I will be posting the next one later today. You'll have to excuse the quality of these. As I'm not at home, I had to take these with my phone outside because I don't have my camera or lightbox.

For this manicure, I used the following:

OPI - Give Me Space for the base color.
OPI - Silver Canvas for the stamping polish.
China Glaze - Break the Ice for glitter accent.
Winstonia - Have a Merry X'mas stamping plate.

Nine Zero Lacquer Spam

Hey howdy hey!

Today, I have some swatches from Nine Zero Lacquer. If you don't know, this is the new brand of nail polish brought to you by prolific nail vlogger, jessFACE90 from YouTube. After seeing all of the great swatches on Instagram of her Harvest Festival Fall Collection, I just had to check out her lovely polishes. I haven't yet gotten an entire collection from her, but I know at some point when the funds allow, I will, because she's done an amazing job with her polishes, and the quality is evident.

Over the past month, I've been grabbing just a few polishes from various collections. I've loved every single one I've tried, and you will, too!

First up, from the Harvest Festival Fall Collection is Pumpkin Everything. This is a nice muted orange linear holographic shade. It's such an interesting shade of orange, and it's perfect for the season. I've worn it alone and I've stamped designs over it. This is one of the few polishes that I swatched and wore again during the season just because I liked it so much. This had a very nice formula that was easy to work with, and it was opaque in two coats.

 Just look at that holo!

31 Day Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day 1 - Red Nails

Hello beauties!

It's December, and it's a great month for doing some beautiful nail art! After the previous nail art challenges I've done, I felt like taking a break, and wasn't sure if I'd do another one anytime soon, but 'tis the season to bust out the glitters and cute designs, and I'm a sucker for holiday nail art, and these challenges help me hone my skills, as well as keep me active, so here we go.

This month, I have decided to participate in Pueen Queen's 31 Day Christmas Nail Art Challenge. For those of you on Instagram, you can follow along with everyone's daily nail art by checking out the #ItsMyChristmasNails hashtag.

Okay, so without further ado, here is my first design. The theme is Red Nails.

For this look, I used the following:

OPI - Ro-Man-ce On the Moon for the base color.
China Glaze - Ruby Pumps for the accent nail.
China Glaze - The Outer Edge for the glitter accent (and I hate how the silver glitter never photographs well).
Sally Hansen - Tag Ur It! for the stamping polish.
Ya Qin An - Stamping plate QA68
